New Year DO YOU!

Ever wanted to spend a day learning strategies for everything from managing stress to reducing inflammation, putting yourself first (without feeling guilty) through to improving your sleep?? Then this is your day!

We are back with fresh content, fresh food to try, and the same excitement you are used to!  These retreats are about returning to yourself for the day, recharging around like minded women, learning tools to engage fully with your life and make changes where you might be finding yourself stuck.  There will be moments of meditation, time to socialize the new info you are learning, places to talk and places to just be still and take it all in.  There will be plenty of incredible food prepared during an intereactive demo by writer and city girl turned reluctant farmer’s wife, Layla, who is finding her joy in nourishing and nurturing others

As always, there will be a yoga session designed to bring you into your physical body as well as your mind, with Melissa Fine Yoga Therapy.  There will be interactive sessions with health coaches (Health Yeah with Michelle and Everyday Strong with Amy) where we will tap into some of the ways the world comes at us and how we can navigate them using mindfulness techniques, breathing, healthy fueling strategies, ways to hack your day and nighttime routines, ways to overcome obstacles, and, for sure, ways to feel like YOU again!
